The following are two activities that we usually conduct for every walking or running group in Sydney. Scroll down to know the details of the activities.
After meeting at Brett Park – we will take you through a brief warm-up. Please feel free to attend to any personal requirements for warm-up currently
The run pace will be approximately 5.30-6.30 minutes per kilometre
The walk will target a brisker pace of 11-11.30minutes per kilometre
If you find yourselves going ahead of these times, you have the freedom to do so. We encourage to take another member with you on the journey!

Meet at Lady Fitroy Memorial at Parramatta park for briefing. Please bring a few snacks and hydration for the walk.
Walk pace is dependent on fitness but we suggest aiming for 11-11.30 minutes though some legs of the walk may be more strenuous
There are toilets at Parramatta Park and a few sections where we cross parks on the route.
Finish at Pyrmont Bridge Hotel with fellow participants to celebrate the achievement
